42nd Street Evening Gown

Inspired by an original sketch by Orry-Kelly as one of his many eye-catching designs of 42nd Street , the torch silhouette of the black body panel is complimented by the extravagant red confections built on as bodice and hem. The 42nd Street gown sits loosely to the body and can be cinched to your desire via the waist ties concealed in the side seams. Oversized lantern sleeves can be adjusted from full length to elbow-height puff (as pictured).

Constructed in polyester/rayon velvet devoré with a 100% silk body, both sourced from designer deadstock wholesalers.
